I am a working mum and like many of us want to have it all: have fulfilling and meaningful work, raise XXXX(did I mention being a fun parent?), pursue my passions and projects and magically make the rest of life happen. And yes, our house is in chaos at times and there are days when nothing goes. BUT, I know where I am headed, and over time I have developed ways to quickly get back to clarity and confidence and making things happen. I have created flexible structures and frameworks for myself to fall back on, and I can help you do the same.

Most of my clients are at a crossroads and undertake significant changes which may take some time. That's why most of my coaching packages are spread out over 4-6 months. This length has proved to be a reasonable amount of time to create a long-lasting change. In our initial discovery call [HYPER LINK] I will suggest the best option, but you are under no obligation to go ahead with this. You may wish to start with a shorter package and buy another bundle of sessions afterwards.

 

We start with a 2-hour Foundation Session, where we will take the time to explore what is important to you, what you want to achieve and where you might be struggling. We will establish how we best to work together and map out a direction for the coaching process.

 

We will then have subsequent 1-hour sessions, usually, every two weeks, held in person, over the phone or via Zoom, a virtual meeting software. In these focussed conversations, we work together towards your outcomes. Looking at who you are on a deep level - your values, drivers and motivators -we will explore options and strategise how you could go about making your goals a reality. I will encourage you, stretch you and reflect back your brilliance and uniqueness.

 

Between our sessions

A lot of the learning and action will take place between sessions. We will usually agree on a piece of “homework” during our session, which could be an action item, an exploratory task or reflection type homework. I will also encourage you to build a set of habits that will be beneficial to the process. While we are working together, I will support you via email and WhatsApp. You'll be able to send me updates and questions, and I will reply with reflections, ideas and answers. I love that aspect of the work and my client value this extra service.

 

Resources

Over time, I have built an extensive resource library, and I am happy to share helpful information with you as I see fit. I’ll also provide exercises supporting the process that you can work on from home at your own pace.

Why listen to me?

I have been a coach for ten years and have also struggled with clarity and direction in the past. When I was younger, my family moved a lot, and I constantly had to adapt to different environments, cultures and even languages. Coming up with systems and structures was my way of coping with the constant changes. However, this became quite rigid, and internally, on a soul level, I stagnated.

I didn't think into the future; I just drifted along. I was just surviving, not thriving. I kept myself small and not even pretended that I was happy. I just didn’t know any different.

Only when I first experienced coaching I started to discover and nurture what was essentially me, I found out what motivates me, what makes me thrive, what my strengths are and what I am (let’s be honest) not so great at. I learned to be brave (still do) and that once you make up your mind and you make a move, the universe conspires to help you. I learned that everything is 'figureoutable' and that people will go above and beyond to help you on your journey.

I am now integrating my creative and nurturing (right-brained) side with my structured and organised (left-brained) side to create and live a life I love and help others to do the same. I love the concepts of being in flow and productivity. Being a mom, I have learned a thing or two about and making most of the time you have without compromising the quality of life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you coach?

I work with clients face-to-face, over the phone and online via Zoom, a virtual meeting platform, both within London and internationally.

Face-to-face sessions take place in Muswell Hill, North London at the MHMC. I also work with clients in Central London at the Royal Festival Hall.

When do you coach?

I offer a flexible schedule to suit different lifestyles and commitments. I talk to clients from Wednesday - Friday between 10 am – 3 pm and Saturdays between 3-6 pm. I also offer evening sessions on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays at 8 pm (phone or video calls only). All times are shown in GMT.

Is there a difference between coaching face-to-face, online or over the phone?


This depends on personal preference but in terms of results and focus in the session, there is no difference. In some cases, phone coaching works even better as it helps both sides to deeply listen without any visual distractions. Many of my clients choose phone or virtual coaching as a way to eliminate extra travel time, cost and energy. It also allows you to talk from the comfort of your own home where you might feel relaxed and fully allow you to be yourself.

What are your payment options?

I accept bank transfers and secure online payments via Stripe and Paypal. Excluding the free discovery call, all payments are taken prior to the session. You also have the option to set up a payment plan and pay in convenient instalments. An admin fee applies to these payment plans as outlined in the pricing section.
