My journey to coaching
Throughout my career spanning Human Resources , Front of House and Business Administration, I have always liked working with people. I felt compelled to find out what makes them tick, what moves them and how circumstances can be improved. Work was good but I wanted to go deeper and create something something purposeful on my own. So, having experienced the power of coaching myself, I took the leap in 2011: I got certified as a co-active coach with the internationally renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI ) and set up my own coaching business in 2011. Since then I am helping women in life transitions, find out what it is they really want and empowering them to live a creative, wholesome and fulfilling life. It's time for women to dream big and bold - the feminine way! My coaching style is warm and welcoming a with a good sense of humour. I use a mix of practical exercises as well creativity and intuition.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE
I live in Muswell Hill, a lovely green and villagey area in North London with my husband and my adorable 3-year old girl. When I am not meeting clients or exploring the world with my little one, you will find me reading or writing or working in one of the lovely local cafes.
In my free time I like to upcycle and create things for our home, I love arts and crafts as well as dancing to salsa and other Latin American rhythms. To recharge my batteries I like spending time in nature, do yoga and meditate.
