How It Works
Via the booking link, you’ll get access to my calendar and shared online workspace where you are invited to complete your payment. If we haven't done so yet, I’ll phone you to arrange a meeting point and to clarify any questions you may have prior to our session. Depending on your focus for this session, I might also send you some preparatory work so we can make the most out of this session.
We'll deep dive into your chosen topic using a variety of tools from my coaching toolkit. I recommend bringing a pen and notebook along for your personal notes. You'll hopefully leave with lots of inspiration, motivation and a handful of actions that you will commit to over the next few weeks and I will send you a summary of our session within 24 hours.

Over the next 30 days, I will support you via my shared online workspace where you can send me follow-up questions and updates and I will reply with reflections, ideas and further resources I see fit. At the end of this month, we will have a short follow-up call to "lock in" your next steps. If you decide you would like further support, we can use this opportunity to discuss what that might look like.
